  What an excellent service! Alex was wonderful - met me at the plane and whisked me though passport control. I was travelling with five dogs and was very nervous - he made the whole process smooth and calm and even helped bring the animals out to the transport.   Hi I have a very big complain ,, every time I book the service at Barcelona airport “ arrival “ ,, we must wait a lot till they open for us the door to pass to the lounge ,, if I must wait too long so why I pay the service, and this is the second time in the same week .. Regards
